Clean:First of all clean by hand with warm water or with a soft brush. Do not use steel ball or will destroy the coating of vegetable oil, otherwise it is easy to rust.
Prepare much more fat and preheat: After cleaned,put the skillet on the stove to dry, prepare some fat, oil, or butter all over the entire surface to cook, turn to low or medium heat up for 10 minutes before first cooking. Repeat step 2 several times, your cast iron pan is well seasoned,the more you use it, the better it performs.
