CO2 Gas-Shielded Welding Wire(AWS ER70S-6)

The CO2 gas-shielded welding wire is used to welding carbon steels and 500MPa high strength steels, used in car, building, ships and bridge. Can also be used for speed welding of sheet and pipes. 
We adopted high-speed CQ gas shielded welding equipment and technology, removed the original copper plating workshop, and increased it from 6 meters per second to 18 meters per second; removed the large pickling, and transformed it into a belt sander; changed the original layout of the first floor to Two-layer layout; remove the original manual operation and handling, and replace it with automatic handling and intelligent identification; one less workshop is reduced, the speed is improved, the quality is improved, and the production and management of intelligent production and management are realized. Purchased 90 PLC linear intelligent robot production lines, 28 intelligent feeding production lines, 4 automatic identification function packaging lines, and 200 automatic layer winding robots.
Welding consumables are widely used in: bridges, construction machinery, pressure vessels, ships, rolling stock, machinery manufacturing, petroleum and other industrial fields.
