Q1: Can you do OEM for us?
A1: Yes, the product packing can be designed as you want.
Q2: How can you quote?
A2: Please send us enquiry by email, with all the technical drawings you have. Such as material grade, tolerance, machining demands, surface treatment, heat treatment, mechanical property requirements, etc. Our specialized engineer will check and quote for you, we would appreciate the opportunity and will respond in 3-5 working days or less.
Q3: Do you have MOQ limit?
A3: Yes, we have MOQ limit for mass production, but it depends on model. Please contact us for details.
Q4: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A4: After price confirmed, you can requiry for samples to check quality.
If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost.
But the sample cost can be refundable when your quantity of first order is above the MOQ.
Q5: How about the lead time?
A5: Samples will takes 5-7 business days. Mass production will takes 25-30 days. It depends on quantity.
Q6: How about shipping and delivery time?
A6: Generally, Item will be shipped via Express, such as DHL, TNT, FedEx or UPS, delivery time is 3-7 business days. Airline and sea shipping also available.
