1. Q:What is the difference between 12V/24V?

A: Ordinary cars, sedans, SUVs, commercial vehicles, and station wagons are generally powered by 12V: trucks are generally powered by 24V.

2. Q:Why do household hot water kettles boil water faster than car hot water kettles?

A:The power of household hot water kettles is 800-2000W, while car hot water kettles generally only have 110W-200W (vehicles have limited power). The higher the power, the shorter the boiling time. 3. Q:Is it safe to use in a car?

1. This product cannot be heating by dried.
2. Please clean the kettle before using it (the cup is washable).
3. Only designated power supplies can be used, such as 12V or 24V, and cannot be mixed.
4. Before boiling water, please add water to the electric kettle. The water level should not be higher than the lower edge of the cup to avoid overfilling.
5. During the process of boiling water, high-temperature steam will be discharged from the spout, so pay special attention to it.
